goats

So I live in the city.... Ok. I like to pretend I live in the city, I live in the midwest, outside of a city.
And... Well... A few houses down we have goats on our street, yes, goats. And, basically, they don't like me. I don't know why! But every time I walk by this house these goats book it to the fence and hiss at me, you read correctly, they hiss at me. So I snapped a silly picture of him so I could get back at him by making fun of him on the internet! Take that goat.

Scared to Fall

Torn to pieces, fallen apart
Is there nothing left
Of this broken heart?
I myself, a victim of theft

I walked alone to the end of the cliff
Staring off into the distance
Overcome with a feeling of miff
I stare down at none-existance

My heart feels so empty
And my skin, so cold
A life left behind where I had plenty
But it is gone, and I stand here bold

I just hope the angles will carry these broken pieces, because I am scared to jump. Scared to fall.

Forever

The day slowly drew nearer and nearer, she was just weeks away from her life being changed forever. And she was so excited. She knew what most people thought, "Change is bad!" "One small step at a time." She slowly closed her eyes and looked down at her empty hands, well screw that, she thought, I'm done being patient and waiting, forever is around the corner and I'm not missing it.
     Weeks had gone by now.
"One day. How can it only be one day away? Seriously it's tomorrow," she smiled as she talked into a phone, and glanced down as the voice on the other side spoke softly to her. After listening for a few seconds she smiled wide again, and spoke gently and quietly, "Everything will be perfect." She smiled once more staring back down at her empty hands and holding them tight into fists imaging they weren't empty.
    The very next day.
Crying and yelling... Tires skidding across the road... Smiles, full of pure joy, showing on two faces in a dark car... "I felt like this would never happen." "I told you, it would be over before we knew it." She looked down at her hand and saw another hand tightly enclosed with it and smiled as she squeezed his hand tighter.

     Forever

Video Games

I would like to call myself a gamer... I really would, but... I play League of Legends, GMod, Minecraft, and small games for fun like The Stanley Parable. And I hear tons of people speaking up for girl gamers that we aren't treated right or whatever. But if you wanna know my opinion, my problem isn't with the community, we are females in a male society. We can't expect anything else. What we have to do, we need to prove ourselves; we need to present ourselves like we are equal with the male gamers. If you want to be respected as a female gamer than be respectable, play well, be smart. You will see u are respected by other true gamers.

Stop complaining and play the game, otherwise, we are being exactly what they say we are. 

Strangers

Words can not escape my lips. I feel like my lips have been sewn closed and I have entered a third world where everything is foreign. I hear romance in their voices, and down the street I hear the sad whispers of a lonely mother, but what is going on? What brings their life meaning, I can see their faces and read their lips but my ears can hear nothing, but feelings behind a language that I do not know. But I am sitting in my own country, where I belong, where I thought I fit in and was one with their ways; but now I am a stranger in an even stranger place. The faces that I know stare at me like I came from an alien race. I do not fit in, I once would deny this, but now I think that I highly regard this.

No Biggie

Just a day out in 15 degrees, no biggie! So we hit the town, yes we did and it was crazy! 15 degrees is not desirable weather to walk around a huge shopping plaza, but of course we did. When I say "we" I am talking about me, my two sisters, and my sister's boyfriend. It was beautiful, so I brought my camera along, but, there were some things that were.... not... so beautiful.

Still not sure what it is exactly, Andrew thinks it is something from ancient Greece, or something? I don't know, all I know, is it is scary. So I got a nice picture to show all of you, you're welcome! As we continued to travel, only slightly scarred for life, we encountered more unusual things. Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you...

we sure thinks so, and we think he most definitely belong in the center of a town centered around fine art and extraordinary architecture, we are happy you agree.
 But still, it was a great time!

So these pics, yeah, they look pretty good. Well they were not fun to take! It was about 15 degrees the entire photo shoot, in high wind. Exactly, not a good time. I was FREEZING.

And yes, some shots were colder than others...

like... much colder. To further explain my point; I showered about an hour before taking the pictures, and for those of you who don't already know, I have very thick hair that does not dry quickly at all. So my hair was still pretty wet when we left, but I figured dry enough to take the pictures and be in the cold (since it was just the actual pony tail that was still wet) well about 4 minutes into the shoot, well, my hair froze. I mean literally, there were dangerous icicles hanging from the top of my head. Not to mention, my ears and toes were the color of cherries. Basically, all I am trying to say, is I do a lot for you guys ;D So you better enjoy these pics! And share them with your friends! I go through a lot to make these for you!
